As a Digital Delivery Practice Leader & the Technical Director of Digital Advisory, I offered a specialized leadership skill set in Information Management, Data Integration, Asset Management, and the development of Digital Twin and Digital Engineering Framework initiatives for programs and project delivery. The vision and goals are to connect and manage data-driven model-based design using DE strategies to improve and drive the best business and customer outcomes for all projects.
Consistently an innovator and champion of change, I also devote the majority of my time to a broader role including establishing and developing a strategic plan that is cross-disciplinary, stakeholder engagement to help define client requirements, creating digital standards on projects across the asset life cycle and providing guidance on project delivery strategy.
As a board director of the NSW Regional Lead for Women in BIM (WIB) and NSW State Manager for Women in Design and Construction (WIDAC). By mentoring and developing training strategies to upskill, and cross-skill our talent pool, to advance the quality of delivery with technical excellent practice. My vision and passion are to empower and inspire every person to reconnect with the built world in a new way and to lead a diverse team in achieving excellent performance.
